Recipe: Sweet Potato Fries
Summary: Sweet potato fries are a healthy alternative to those greasy fired things at most restaurants. These are easy to make and so very yummy.
- 1 or 2 sweet potatoes (no need to peel)
- Organic olive oil (or organic olive oil spray)
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Cut sweet potatoes (with skin) into wedges(not too thin) and place on a baking sheet that has been coated with organic olive oil (or sprayed with organic olive oil spray).
- Sprinkle the potatoes with Old Bay seasoning and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. Experiment with thickness of strips and baking time to fit your taste – crunchy or chewy.
