Recipe: Sweet Potato Fries

Summary: Sweet potato fries are a healthy alternative to those greasy fired things at most restaurants. These are easy to make and so very yummy.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 sweet potatoes (no need to peel)
  • Organic olive oil (or organic olive oil spray)
  • Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cut sweet potatoes (with skin) into wedges(not too thin) and place on a baking sheet that has been coated with organic olive oil (or sprayed with organic olive oil spray).
  2. Sprinkle the potatoes with Old Bay seasoning and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. Experiment with thickness of strips and baking time to fit your taste – crunchy or chewy.
