I'm beginning to feel stronger now. The first week was all dealing with soreness. This week was dealing with lack of energy. But now I'm beginning to feel good. Good about waking up every morning early, about working out, about being able to do this and actually wanting to do this. I was so scared before, but now I'm more scared of not doing it. Thank you for that. . . .
I also wanted to thank you for kicking our butts. We need it. I need it. I don't believe I've been this sore in all my muscles ever before. But I know I'm going to be healthier because of it. Stretching and Advil help. :) This has been and continues to be such an amazing experience. I actually look forward to go work out. . . . All I know is that your program is the best thing I have done for myself in a long long time.

I had really fallen out of shape long before my pregnancy and was beginning to feel like I wasn't going to bounce back until I started Rachel's Fitness program. Now I am in better shape than I have been in years, and I get nice comments from my friends. Your program is essential to my life right now, I structure my week around it! The workouts are tough, but they fly by and I enjoy the camaraderie of my group. Work outs are just one aspect of the program, your nutritional counseling and motivations have health and fitness on the top of my mind ALL THE TIME! Thank you from one of your biggest fans.

After having taken two years off of any exercise for a baby followed by three years of “too busy to exercise regularly”, I started working out with Rachel. I had started the year determined to be a fit mother that could keep up with an active child and had really begun focusing on exercise. I joined a karate studio and did short runs with a friend twice a week. I was definitely getting back in shape , but at a very slow pace. Rachel took my exercise program to a whole new level! After three weeks I’m already seeing huge changes in my strength, endurance and overall fitness. In fact, I took a lot of pride in blowing past a teenager at my last karate test!
Rachel is great at creating challenging, but fun exercises. In spite of all the sweat and the gasping for breath, it’s a very fun, supportive and encouraging environment!

I've really been enjoying the workouts. I might not use the word "enjoy" at the time of the workouts, but afterwards and during the day, I feel so much better. Like so many of us, I have an extremely busy schedule and knowing that I'm starting my day off by doing something for me and something that is good for me, really gives me that extra push to complete my day.

Thank you for getting me to where I am now. Everything, soccer and my fitness level. I have lost so many inches. I've gone down like 2 sizes. I was a tight 14 and now I'm wearing size 10 jeans! (A little tight, but not muffin top or anything) And I could not have done it without you. Even this morning, after my legs were shaking, I still heard your voice in my head saying, 'Finish strong,' Tiring, yes, but still great.
